Since COVID-19, we have suspended open surgery where patients can walk in during the mornings to see a doctor. All requests made to the surgery so far have been made via telephone triage where the GP has either called patients back, spoke to patients via video consultation or invited the patient in for a face to face assessment in a controlled, safe manner that adheres to social distancing. From today, eConsult allows patients to request help, treatment and admin requests via an online portal for all NON-URGENT matters, without the need to phone us.
We appreciate our phone lines have been exceptionally busy. To avoid queuing on the telephone, if you have access to the internet, your requests can be sent in via the link on the front page of our website.
We hope to respond to all queries/concerns by the end of the next working day.
