Our surgery has gone live with "Surgery App."

To sign up to the app, you will need a smart phone or tablet with access to an App Store. The app is free to download. Register an account and search for us under 'Nelson Surgery'

We want to stress this is not a replacement for any other access service we offer. We appreciate our phone lines have been extremely busy the last two years. The pandemic has made a lot of GP surgeries look at digital platforms of accessing services such as eConsult and MyHealth Online. The app is ultimately an additional way of accessing us.
